Mine have the hairs next to the stipules as well but they look like they are right next to or coming from a little sack/ball looking thing...the hairs are much smaller and so is the ball/sack..does this mean hermie i take it? or is it the calyx?
In his pics is this when to start the count down for flowering and start giving it more phosphorous?

in the first pic you can see the behind the stapel? the hair is coming from a little pear shaped thing.
