Conditions and their Effects

Everyone knows that you need good temps(78-80), humidity(35%-45%) airflow(Co2) lights(Watts, lumens, kelvin) etc

What if you cant get your conditions right?
What if my temperature's too low/high ?
What if my humidity's too low/high?
What are the consequences of not gettin it all right?

if have a question about high humidity during flowering like around 64 t0 70 when lights are on. does this shrink the buds? it seems like my buds are shrinking? how do you get the humidity in 50's

i wonder the same thing what effects what? my first grow... and im a month into it, im just soaking up all the info i can about what to do, what not to do! what could make my leaves turn in on themselves... too hot????

Nah higher humidity will only encourage mold on your bud. And higher temps will hinder bud development, not make buds tighter. The only time higher temps work to your advantage i.e 80-85 is when you are augmenting your grow room with c02. If not the ideal conditions you are after is 75 degrees with a humidity of 50-60% during veg and 40-50%. Too humid = mold. Too dry = spider mites. =P

Yes that sounds like a transpiration issue. You need lower temps.

High temps can lead to fluffy airy buds (may not be a prob if you also have high humidity)

high humidity can lead to mold (see above)

Temp low slow growth (also herd get purple buds)

Low humidity? not sure (bit as the plants grow they transpire more water into the air. not sure if its even possible to have the humidity too low)

Never thought about the plants transpiration keeping humidity in check. Only thing that low humidity attracts is bugs.

Resin production on buds or Cbn is usually directly linked to the genetics of the plant. Although you can also add certain carbohydrates/sugars to your solution that would increase the amounts of glucose being produced within the plant cells it mostly relies on the type of strain. And a dehumidifier would be your best bet for control of high humidity.

Yes there are. Look for high cbn content plants. The purple kush that I am currently growing can get extremely resinous. Another good strain which I have for cbn is Dj shorts original blueberry. Mazzar, jack herer, dpf flo, big buddha cheese. Thes list goes on and on really. You just have to do some research.

top lad!!

where can i learn more bout cbn and others?

http://www.barneysfarm.com/ its got some kick ass strains that are tailored for high cbd content along with high amounts of thc. Great for hash and that narcotic high. Check out Night Shade, Top Dawg, Blue Cheese, Red Dragon, Violator Kush, 8 Ball Kush, Sweet Tooth, LSD and Crimea Blue. They are all mostly indica dominant strains. So they are great for indoor growing. I would recommend getting one of these strains or a few if you can. Hope this helps you out! []Deace!
