As for using computer fans and wiring them. I would stick to getting a nice oscilating fan.

Hey dude. Thanks for the rep. Ill be hitting you back.
As i have only CPU fans in my grow I thought i'd let you know what I did.
I have an 120mm intake fan and two 80mm exhaust fan (is enough for a extremely small grow like mine of 5 CFL lights). How I wire them is by setting up a Computer power supply and simply using that for the A/C power they need. I have hardwired my power supply so that it does not need to be plugged into a motherboard to run. I suggest if you are using anything other than CFL, to go with a little bit more CFM than what CPU fans can provide.
