I suggest putting a switch between those 2 wires so you don't have to unplug the thing to turn it off.. Any switch would work, from some puny thing ripped out of some broken $ store fan etc to a light-switch..

I really don't have any idea where to get all of this, I know I sound stupid but then it's true. Can I bought it on any hardware suppliers? I need fan for my pc.

No you can't get one at a hardware store.. Try a computer store maybe?? And btw case fans and chip fans aren't the same.. Chip fansactually come in different styles that need to be matched too..

thats the fan speed controller not ground lol, its a 12v fan. what do you think its gonna blow?
