Hey guys for my compost tea im going to be using mollasses, was just wondering if my molasses is good to use, its Crosby's, Blackstrap Molasses(Sulfites)

Calores 50
sodium 70mG
sugars 11g
calcium 10%
iron 15%
riboflavin 4%
magnesium 15%
copper 8%

also says source of iron

it says sulphites, am i suppose to get molasses without sulphur?

no, because corn syrup is a processed product with all the nutrients removed. Molasses is the by product of refining cane sugar. Trust me use molasses they sell it at wal mart and its cheap.

Yep good ol' brer rabbit or grandma's ( both available at walmart ) works great. You want the unsulphered as even unsulphered has a lot of sulphur, and too much can seriously increase acidity of soil.
