I just started using it, in flower as well. If your in the last few weeks of flower maybe cut out N, so like the alfalfa and guanos and coffee grinds. Check the NPK of the ammendments your using. More importantly though from what Ive read like some have said on here is that the teas give a microbial boost which helps unlock and make available things in your soil mix that already exist but are locked up and unavailable. Teas just speed up this process as opposed to being just a source of nutrients. Many of the things I put in mine I don't expect to 100% become soluble within 24 hours in the tea. So I save the remains for top dress, or throw into the worm bin if they are hungry.

If you wanna be cheap, get plain potting soil mix in some bonemeal and guano pellets.
Plant weed, water it.

The fruit/veggies, yogurt, yeast needs to be composted before using in a tea.
If you combine a sugar source with yeast, it will produce alcohol which is not good for plants. Mycorrhizal fungi needs to be applied directly to the roots, it does nothing but provide another food source for bacteria in a tea.
KISS
5gal water
Bacteria source
1c worm castings
1c compost
Place in a fine mesh bag of some sort and hang in bucket.
Food source for bacteria
1c kelp meal
1/2c alfalfa meal
Or
1tablespoon organic blackstrap mollases per gal of water
+lots of air
Commercial air pump required, aquarium pumps do not cut it.
24hours, no longer that 48 hours

No reason to get fancy and add a bunch of other soil ammendeds that should already be mixed in your soil beforehand.

If you want to get fancy, go out and collect casting from different sources. Look under bricks or dead wood for castings that are still moist for a bacteria source. You will never find anything that beneficial for your tea/grow in a bag or bottle from the store.

To each their own. I prefer to add everything thru my teas. My suggestion is to research tea ingredients and add what you need or might need.
