Just got back into organics recently and I've been reading a lot around the forums about compost teas as your main nutrient formula i.e bat guano at a 10-0-1 ratio. Well i also added a few things to boost up some microbial activity from Heisenberg formula, Aqua shield and Zho powder. So i basically have a combo of both here.. 10-0-1 bat guano/earth worm castings/zho powder/aqua shield. Do you guys thing this formula will work out good? bad? if so post below.. the formula is as follows:

Medium: Fox farm soil 5 gallon pots
30mL Aqua shield
1/2 tbs Zho
pantie hos:
1 cup worm castings
1 cup bat shit

aerated for 48 hours then bottled, fed with tap every 1 week durring veg then switching too 10-10-1 for flowering with guano.

Compost tea is for the soil's microbiologly, not fertility. EWC/compost (fresher the better) and molasses is all you need.

Guano is a nutrient. What are "zho" and "aquashield"?

compost tea is for both things. but be aware you can burn your plants when you start adding nutrients to compost tea.

compost tea can go anerobic if stored for to long.. youd only wanna use it within 24 hours of brewing it.. if it starts smell bad throw it out.

I'll agree with this. However, simplicity is the key for new organic growers.

I torched my last plant with weekly guano feeds. Live and learn.
yes guano will torch the fuck out of plants if you use it more then once a week or even 2. But i like adding guano to tea so it gets a channce to break down before i use it.

24 hrs is way to long brah, it needs to be used within the hour or two
Yea thats why i said if it starts smell bad and not like it should through it out.. i've heard of some using alaska humus tea within upto 24 hours.. but its always best use right away never wanna let the tea sit or could/will go anaerobic

if you want to add microbes look for a natural source, like soil secrets, or the one from oregon, there are several mom and pop companies that make good soil amendments and composting stuff. you never really know what your getting when you buy large batch stuff from places like botanicare.
