Comparing heat of 90watt UFO vs Heat of 240 watt CFLs

Iam doing a one plant scrog grow so Iam not concern with light penetration of CFLs or UFO leds.
One 90 watt UFO led will be a lot cooler than 240watt CFLs?
How cool do these UFO LEDs really run when compared to 6x42watt cfl bulbs?
 
hmm, thanks for the info.

On really hot days my stealth cabinet hovers +90F, and thats with a 6"inline duct booster fan (250cfm) as an exhaust fan.

I have to rely on my window AC unit to bring down temps to 75F.

I think I just might go and get a UFO this way I dont have to rely on using my window AC unit.
