This is a Grow Journal that I'd like to leave open to all. Feel free to post what you'd like. I'll talk ab anything. I'm a seasoned grower and wont be seeking advice, but I'm always open to talk ab how you grow. I'll never stop learning so feel free to post ab your stuff.
Now... About the grow...
I have a room I built in my basement. I built a 'kinda' floor out of 2x4s to keep my room off the cold concrete floor. I studded walls and wrapped the whole room and floor in Panda Film. I'm pulling air from my bedroom closet(I leave my bedroom window and closet door open as much as possible) through a 6' inline duct fan. My lights are Two 1200w KingLED lamps. I may end up adding a third, eventually. My ladies flower out in 7gal Fiber Pots. I release a small amount of lady bugs in my room on a regular basis just to be safe, so when you see my lady bugs... No... I dont have mites. I put them in there so I never do have them.
My Genetics are Holy Grail Kush, OG18, Pineapple Chunk, Blue OG, Green Crack and Hash Plant. They're about two weeks into flower. My medium is really good organic soil composted into "Super Soil". I'll post some pics of them...
I am perpetually growing with a veg room I built in the room next to my flowering room. I currently have cuttings from all my genetics vegging in there. They just came out of my cloner a few days ago. My veg room was a much simpler build. I built a simple table with studded walls, Panda Film and a little 4' inline duct fan pulling me air from the same closet as the flower room. I made my veg table 3-4 feet tall so I dont have to kill my back bending over when I tend to my plants. My vegging plants are never more then 18"tall anyways. I have three 4-foot T5s lighting my little veg room. I dont have any recent pics from my veg room, so the ones i post will be old pics...
In the room my veg room is built in, I added a small dry room with the very same materials and vent fan. I also ran a new water line and installed an R/O filter and reservoir in that room. I just finished a test run with some seedlings from my outdoor grow that went quite well.
Well... Thats it! Come on in and post all you'd like! Hell, I love answering questions.

Had a long day yesterday... I had to take the bulk of my outdoor crop. I had milky trichomes on most. None were showing amber yet, but I had no choice. My state still has archaic cannabis laws, and Im forced to grow my outdoor crop in Guerilla Gardens and the main problem with my having to do that, is not being able to do daily Botrytis maintenance. We've recently had allot of heavy rains recently, and I was showing Bud Rot on just ab all of them.
I still have two small plants outside. My two little Blue Dream clones I got from a friend of mine. Blue Dream is and always will be my favorite outdoor strain. Its big, its dank and it fights off bugs and mold like no other strain ive grown. The clone line my homie is keeping alive is perfect for this area. Its why he keeps its lineage as permanent party in his indoor rooms.
I also took a couple recent pics of my veg room. Its got my best 10 clones vegging in it. My two lights in the flowering room can handle 10 small girls, but anymore than that and Id be stretching the coverage area a little too much. Ill post a few pics of everything. I got a closeup of some bud rot too.

Thanx, LG. They don't move quite as fast ur DWC ladies, but they're happy:)
I defoliate as little as possible. I try to pull the leaves that block light from my lowers and I take off the lowest bud sites that obviously wont amount to anything... But other than that, Ive always kinda let my plants do the wild thing. I'm discovering(from watching growers such as yourself) that I could be way more efficient with my grow space. I've always been mainly an outdoor grower, and have never hung a trellis net or anything of that nature. I have a trellis net, but have hesitated to use it. I'm afraid I'll end up just creating a mess where i currently dont have one.

They look really happy and your canopy is nice and level. I don't know that a scrog would benefit you that much over what you're already doing. I went with heavy defoliation this time since the au natural path didn't work that great for me in a 3x3 space. I'd love to have a grow area that big!

Yeah, one of my little OG18s is getting pretty icy for as early as it is.
I've been a carpenter half my life. Building these rooms is my favorite part.

I finally noticed a good stink in my upstairs and put my carbon filter in the flowering room.

My veg room is starting to put on some good size. I've topped my big ladies to let the branches catch up to the tops.
I've got a little Blue OG cutting that just refused to root and its now far behind the rest of the room, but its ok. Ill flower her out. Oh, and ignore the Duct Tape on the sides of the pots. Strain names aren't accurate. My strain names are written on the little green tags stuck in the soil.

Day 41

Veg Room...
It's looking very full and beautiful in here, but these clones ARE NOT growing uniformly, and I'm going to have to use a trellis net when these girls go under the LEDs. IMG_2617.JPG

Almost all are showing preflower...IMG_2618.JPG

I havent even started trimming back any of these lowers yet. I need to read more on how to properly defoliate in preparation for my trellis net. Ive never used one, but am pretty sure I understand the science... Hopefully lol

Flowering Room
All the girls look beautiful and healthy. Theyve been almost all organicly grown and fed, up to the beginning of this week. I've just started them on boosters this week. They've never had anything like that, so its at this point where my ladies really take off. I give them a slightly changing booster regime until they get within a week of harvest, and get flushed.
The room needs a good cleaning. Oh lol. I had to put a thin filter over the top of my blower for my carbon filter, to keep from committing Lady Bug genocide.

My three Holy Grail Kush ladies(DNA Genetics) are definitely looking as tho there is some truth in advertising. They're beautiful. They're icy. THEY STINK!! 2 & 3 appear to have a very similar look and structure. One is a little shorter and a bit more lush. It'll be interesting to see how the two different pheno types will respond in the next weeks now that Ive started boosters...

My Pineapple Chunk(Barneys Farm) lady is probably one of the more impressive plants at this point. The smell is just straight out skunk. No better way to describe the smell than that. She smells like sweet skunky weed. lol

My OG18(DNA/Reserva Privada) girls are very nice. One of the two appears to be a bit behind in mass, but is BY FAR the iciest plant in the room. Shes pretty.

My Green Crack(Humboldt) is a strain that Ive grown a few times outdoors, but never in an indoor garden. Shes a very pretty plant and her clones are among the biggest in my veg room. Shes got that spicy funk smell I remember her having outside, and Im excited to smoke her again. Havent grown her in years.

This Blue OG(G13 Labs) is a strain Ive seen advertised and heard ab on forum sites. Ive always wanted to grow her and she doesnt disappoint. Very pretty. Smells of orangy fruity goodness.

Never grown hash plant before... Looks like a normal plant. I mean, it looks very good, but it just looks like a dank little plant. I guess I expected something different. lol This little Hash Lover(Freedom Of Seeds) will be made into dab. I was thinking ab buying some of that 70/30 propane/butane my buddy was telling me about.

I noticed a VERY SIGNIFICANT issue in my room, and unfortunately it's significant enough that I'm now doing a quick 4-5 day flush and I'm taking the room. I'm noticing a few seeds here and there which of course means I have a hermie somewhere. I've searched every plant from top to bottom and I can not find the culprit. After getting frustrated in my not being able to find the hermie, I decided I'd just check over my Pineapple Chunk and my OG18 #1 very thoroughly, so I can still atleast keep genetics from those two. Both checked out ok, and I still have a clone from each of them in my veg room. I started new seed soaking last night(Lost Coast Hash Plant, Bubbas Gift, and Critical Kush) I'll grow those new seeds for a couple weeks, then I'll take clones from my Pineapple Chunk and OG18, so they can all grow at a similar pace.
I'm very upset about the hermie. Ive never had this happen before, but I know that shit like this is sometimes unavoidable. All I can do at this point is make lemonade.
