Combination light and fan timer

Looking to buy a combination light and fan timer. I'm using two 1000w phantom ballasts and an 8" vortex in-line fan and I want to plug all three into the same timer to use in my flower room. I've seen some timers that electricians use that are hardwired ( like for a pool filter) for outlets but wanted to know if there were any grow specific timers that someone with experience could recommend. Thanks in advance for the advice.

well if you wanna pay out the ass for a timmer from a hydro store then thats ok, but for $59 @ home depot here is that digital pool timer in use.. its super easy to install also. you should give it a go.. I used this same timer in over a dozen other rooms and not one person has been dissapointed.. and knock on wood , but I have not had one go defective yet..

Really just looking for something that will turn on the lights and fan for 12/12 that is rated for the amount of amps that that the three appliances will need . The pool filter timer thing sound like a good idea but is it rated for the amount of amps necessary to run the lights and fan without running "hot"?

the pool timer I use is rated at 30 amps per phaze. so that is 60amps total if wired to a 240circuit if only wired 120v that is still plenty to go around. 9amps per ballast and aprox 5 amps for the fan... you will be golden my friend...
