Colloidal silver making seeds instead of pollen?

So I probably waited too long to use the colloidal silver. I only started applying it a few weeks into flower and the hairs died so I thought that was good. Now there are new white hairs coming out at the new growth places and the pods that were treated previously have a small seed inside them as if it was pollenated, instead of turning into a male pod. I have about 2 months left to go still.

Should I keep spraying the branch? Should I start a new branch as the one I chose was one of the smaller "popcorn" branches? This is really frustrating I was hoping for a mini branch full of pollen sacks and probably wont have time to start again :(
