Cold Temps and Frost??

I haven't been in here in a while due to some major inconveniences but now I have one girl left out of all that I started with. She's outside and the temperatures around here are getting pretty cold. We've had some nights in the mid 40s and apparently our first frost could be coming soon. Do you think I should pull the plant and harvest it or wait and see what happens? She's about 3-3.5ft tall and about 3 weeks into flowering, give or take.
