Cold Garage Grow Tent - Daytime 66°/Nighttime 50°F

I am about to set up my grow tent in my garage. The night time temperatures range from 50-60° after tomorrow.
I plan on either elevating my containers/pots or putting heating mats underneath. Also running my two LED lights on at night.

Will my plants be okay?
Does anyone else have experience growing in cold temperatures like this?

Running the light 24 hours a day and keeping the tent closed or minimal ventilation your tent should stay pretty warm. Raise the pots off the cement roots dont like the cold. And you wont fit more than 4 plants in there.... even that will be a squeeze. Set your tent up and leave the lights on and monitor your temps for a couple days before you plant.

Thank you for the advice! This is reassuring!

I've only seen others post about using insulation and heating mats, if they do not plan to use heating machines.
I have not seen the positive/negative results of doing so.

I actually was able to fit 5 - 5 gallon containers by staggering them. Three in the back and two in front. This of course leaves ZERO floor space.
Since it fits is that okay? Or do you think I shouldn't do it and use a smaller container? I am open to all advice!

If grown well, your plants will be bigger than the pots. My smaller plants are in front.... these are 5 gallon pots, 11 of them in a 5x5.

Your light should put off enough heat to keep the tent warm. Set it up and test it out. As it gets warmer outside, just increase tent ventilation. Nice thing about ac infinity fans is they can run super low. Did you get the temperature controlled unit? If so just set it to 78 and forget it.

I did not, but as the temperature rises I will definitely adjust as needed. Thank you for telling me that, I would've just left it at its lowest setting.

Also impressive grow setup, I hope to eventually reach that size. Maybe after cleaning my garage this year.

The lowest setting is SUPER LOW. Fine for when plants are small but as they get bigger they will need more fresh air. When they are small, you dont need to run the fan at all if thats what it takes to keep temps up.
