i am not having this problem.
from the lol pix thread:
it might be that they changed a setting on the site that is incompatible with some kind of setting on your browser. a while back when i switched to chrome from IE i was having problems copying pics from google and pasting them here, but that problem went away at some point. check your browser settings or maybe try another browser. i had to ditch IE because the upload button would not appear, but it works fine on chrome.
