Coco + perlite clones, can i switch to aero?

Hey all, i was going to pick up some clones that are rooted in coco coir and i was wondering if i could just wash off the coco and put it in a net pot and go aero/hydro?

Please even if you dont have a big expanation why or why not just please give a little advice.

I would think that would be a lot of shock to the clones. I think some would die
