I was gifted a plant in coco. I used sprout teas. Fish hydrolosate , ewc, molassis, neem top dress . liquid calcium.

I am a firm convert to adding vermicompost to my coco coir.
The health of my plants increased, the gnats went away, and I am no longer combatting calcium and magnesium issues.
