Coco Mixes

Hey guys I have a question for those who use Coco. I make my own mix by buying bags of Perlite and the big bricks of Coco and make a 70 coco/30 perlite mix which usually ends up filling my 32 gal trash can up for 30 bucks. Anyway my question is what do other people do that use Coco. Are there any premixed Coco/perlite mixes out there that don't have all the other stuff in them? I bought a bag of roots organics coco mix the other day cause the hydro store was out of the bricks and I needed to transplant a few things but didn't like how sandy it was along with it having other nutes and stuff I don't need in it. The thing with the bricks of coco I really like the Coco they produce but found out you really need to flush them much better than they already are so I have another trash can with holes in the bottom I put under my shower. I usually put the brick in the trash can and let the shower run for about an hour to fluff it up while I mix it occasionally. Anyway long story short it is all a pain in the ass while being fairly cheap but still I have to imagine there is a premixed Coco/perlite mix out there that would be much easier on me.. Or at least a different brand of brick that doesn't need to be flushed as extensively as this Earth Juice brand my hydro store has carried because I don't mind fluffing it up I just hate the fact that I even have to flush it considering the company should make sure it is done properly before selling it(If it isn't flushed it reeks of sulfur). Anyway the Hydro store wanted my opinion on what Coco to get so your suggestions are very appreciated.

For those who won't read through all that. What Coco Mixes do you use? Do you make your own from bricks or buy a premixed bag and what kind do you use? If you guys can give me some brands so I have some Mixes that I can research and choose from I would appreciate it. I also don't want a mix that has Peat in it ideally I would love to find a premixed bag of Coco(50-80%) and Perlite(50-20%) or a brick that isn't needed to be extensively flushed. IMO my best bet is going to be getting a different brand of Coco Bricks and keep mixing it with the Perlite I have been buying. Also I would be very curious to hear what people have been mixing with their Coco they mix themselves.
