Coco and high K feed

Is it possible that the darkening of leaves in the last 3-4 weeks could be from a high K feed in combination with coco?. I recall something about the cec? exchange releasing K toward the end of a cycle.

At first I thought this was N levels so I began lowering cal nitrate from week 4, but the problem persists. N until that point is 150ppm and is sharply lowered to around 100ppm. By what I've read 100ppm is the minimum for plant health but I don't know if this is only in regards to vegetative/pre flower growth. Since the N nitrate also comes with C, I don't wan't to lower the Cnitrate too much as I have been unable to find any info on the importance or required levels of C toward mid/late flower.

I was thinking that using a 2-1-4 ratio during veg the whole time is loading the coco with too much K and it is biting me in the ass during mid/late flower?.

I will swap to a 1-1-1 if required (up until mid flower where I could swap back to the 2-1-4?) but that comes with a secondary question. The 1-1-1 has a little more No4 in it (although mostly no3), I recall reading the no4 virsion of N isn't very good in a synthetic use. Would I need to look for a whole new company who has a lower K base with no No4?.

By the way if anybody knows any links where I can get a full understanding of coco cec exchange I would appreciate it.
