When I was living in San Diego (actually east county, El Cajon) the wife got some cute little bunny rabbits. I built them a nice little pen but I left the top open. They disappeared one by one. We had hawks and eagles all over the place.
 
One rooster got it bad. The wound was hidden by feathers. How do you treat it?

Its clean through to the muscle. I don't want to lose him. Any rooster that can tangle with a bald eagle and live is one I want.

Not just Cali, all federal parks around the country. Most reports of missing people aren't even investigated. Aliens, Bigfoot, or just govt. abductions for experimentation.

I spend a lot of time in the mountain terrain. Fish and game denies we have cougars. I've been face to face with a few. Its creepy when you realize your being stalked.

Also in the mountains there are so many places, that if injured and you fall or trip into the wrong place you would never be seen again.

I also have been wade fishing with a stringer tied to me and look up and in the bushes sits a black bear 20 yards away and the pistol is in the truck.

We've reported seeing a bobcat in our area a few times over the last 5+ years ,my father even took a pic of it sitting on top of an old car in our back field. We get the same thing from F&G, even after showing them the picture..it's just a feral cat they say...
