Co2 wax/oil has water left in it

The one on the left (candy land) sizzles while the one on the right (gorilla glue#4) is completely fine. If I leave the candyland out will it dry or just degrade?

Let it sit out for a day in the sun. Way better. Couldn't dab it before it would splatter everywhere.
