Co2 Question

In a few grows I tried adding co2 to my grow by means of sugar and yeast. I took a regular bottle, punched a hole in the lid and fed an air pump tube thru the hole and had it hanging above my plants. It lasted about maybe a week, Id check the bottle and replace when I see no more bubbles rising to the surface of the liquid.

I have no equipment to check ppm levels, but to me plants always looked happier when I had it running. This was in a grow tent and id have the tube running from the bottle as close to the canopy as possible.

My current grow, just flipped to 12/12, and I thought I'd get some thought on whether this makes any sense at all, would i benefit from this?
I have two fans below the canopy circulating air, and an oscillating fan above blowing down and across the canopy.
My tent isn't sealed btw.

I was thinking of taping the end of the co2 tube to the back of the fan in hopes that it pushes the co2 down onto the plants. Waste of time? or?

Do u have an exhaust fan running? If so you'll find ya co2 may be having very little effect depending on ya room size an temperature levels i found sealing the room an running exhale bags helped my veg cycle heaps
