CO2 help

Does anyone have a link or know what i need to do to hook up my paintball co2 tanks to a grow room / box . I am thinking of doing a chest freezer /kinda stealth looking grow . possible hooking up the working freezer to a thermostat to control temps ? not sure on that yet . But mostly trying this method so i can grow in confined space to use the co2.

I could use the paintball remote hose and turn it on manually but that would be unmeasurable and possible unsafe ? If anyone knows of a video of co2 for noobs i would enjoy ..
