Co2 help

I am looking to add Co2 to my set up. I would like to spend less then $400, if possible, any suggestions? My room is 4.5X4.5 and 7 feet tall. Thanks in advance

buy a co2 meter and do this

Wow, nice set up. Unfortunately I dont have the space for that set up. Damn, sure wish I did.
