I am currently finishing up my flower room it's location is in my bedroom my question is if I'm running co2 gas in a sealed closet when the exhaust fans run it cleans out the room of all the smelly air and co2? and also once the co2 pass through the carbon filter it goes into my bedroom are those elevated levels that were in the closet going to up the PPM of co2 in my room and maybe kill me?

I'm going with a 20lb tank green air silonode and green air temp/hum controller and the co2 monitoring controller thanks everyone for chiming in

haha, i kinda doubt if it'll kill you the co2 levels need to be relatively high for it to actually cause you to pass out and "die" but if your concerned about it, just open a window or turn on the fan on your ac unit so your not blowing any cold/hot air out just circulating the house. But dont let it just sit in the bed room.

Thanks InsaneMJ for the reply so you mean that I can just turn on the ac to fan mode not blowing cold or hot just fan circulation of air movement around the room It's winter time, snow snow so opening a window is no no too cold. But I hear you thanks didn't think about that

Yea, it won't kill you.
You could always just add an AC unit to the room, and then you wouldn't have to exhaust your co2 or room nearly as often.

ok cool once I get my doors installed to my closet I'll do I test run first to see where my temps are at then I'll decide what to do I already have a ac in the bed room I have a 250watt MH for the mums and temps fluctuate around anywhere between 78 and 90 f I know 90 is way too much that's cause it's not air cooled but my flower room is gonna have a 600 watt air cool so lets see what happens but thanks once again Rudiger for the info

If you do this it's just a huge waste of money imho. If they are in your bedroom YOU are the co2 generator. All you need to do is not seal the closet and let it suck air from your bedroom. As long as it has active exhaust smell won't come out, just the air will go in.

my 2 cents

yeah, but you dont produce enough co2 like a tank will, but they will be getting co2 as long as your in the room

if ur runnin co2 u want temps around high seventies early eighties so once u get ur exhaust and stuff ur temps should be fine

Thanks for reply guys I'm just saying if PPM get to 1500 or alittle more in the grow closet, when the exhaust kicks in it will exhaust into my bedroom elevating the levels in my bedroom also. Would this be a issue for me?

umm, well may be temperately because the co2 in the room will disperse and slowly get less potent, so just turn on the fans on the ac unit and it will circulate around the house

as a general rule, exposure to 5000ppm(or more) of co2 is potentially hazardous to your health, this figure is based on 8 hours or more of exposure.

There u go...

Thanks SKUNKDOG 5000 ppm umm well that why to high I have a co2 controller to monitor let say it over shots by 2500 or less I will just blow it aroung with the ac in fan mode like InsaneMJ stated then I should be ok still gonna invest in a co2 reader for my bedroom just in case.

yeah, i wouldnt risk it, or if its possible, just get a blower and hook it up to the space above(attic) or what ever. or you can hook it up to a window and just blow out the co2, then right after close the window. because you said it was freezing there.

I live in a 2 family house I rent the the first floor now my grow space looks like any ordanary closet just incase the landlord ever wants to come in that's no worry is I can vent to the attic r make holes in the wall putting it by the window also is a no no for me I think I'm going to put the ac on fan. hen i get home crack open the window for a few and get more air ciculating then close it leaving the ac on.

Yes I also looked on the web and they also said exposure of 5000 ppm + is fatal we'll just have to wait and see

haha, umm well like i said just hook up a blower to your room, then get a vent or whatever those things are called and then just run it to the window and let it run for 15 minutes or so. then turn it off and just stick it back in the room
