There’s a lot of stuff Out there the main thing is Mylar reflects the heat and creates hot spot or areas of intense light that can and will harm plants. Mylar reflects around 95% of light compared to flat white paints 90-92% it the advantage is even distribution of the light. That said on paper Mylar appears to be the winner however once everything is taken into account it’ll hurt more then it helps. It’s why commercial setups use white not just for cost but it’s performance over Mylar.

Your are one of my newest friends Lol. Dude your plants aren’t stressed they’re lacking. You need to dial in that room and learn to feed before using co2. So you got an apogee meter but can’t get a better setup lol come on stress is a horrible way to increase trichomes. Development via healthy plants is better.
