CMH and UVa/UVb

I'm looking for some solid information on CMH and UVa/UVb. Mostly UV. I've tried searching here and on Google but can't really find anything solid.

I'm looking to use CMH on my next grow, but I'm wondering if I should be supplementing with anything else. I've read the UV light is very important, but I haven't really heard much about UV light.

Anyone have some solid info or a link?

Well as you found its hard to find good solid scientific evidence on this. I too have been looking into to cmh. Not necessarily only for veg but more as an addition to the flower room with the hps. I have heard doing this has a great benefit to your plants and bud output. I see many growers using both as an addition in flowering rooms. I dont think i would replace my MH with it in veg. Just not enough evidence this helps as well as the wasted light. I may add one in flower soon though. Just not convinced yet. As far as the uvb some say it helps most say it doesn't. Can also cause harm to the plant?
