I have a question guys, Is there such a thing as too much light ? Because I too have a 2x2 tent and when i emailed the guys at Horticulture if a single panel would be enough they states that absolutely yes. Because i wanted to buy 2 and they talked me out of it.

If you really need some extra heat get a 2nd board but 1 is plenty to maximize that space. they are just trying to save you some money

Yes, can have too much light.
HLG gave you good advice Re 1 panel in 2x2
I have 2 QB135 watt 288V2`s in a 2x4 = perfect footprint
Drawing 270 from the wall but will go to a bit over 300 if cranked all the way up
Plants are very young so started at 3 feet above for a few days and now 2 feet above

And what I’m smoking as I wait for some to cure/degas and most to dry.

I actually harvested two full rounds so far and have just let everything fully fatten upot currently looks like this in the quantum flower tent. I have been running cooler night time temps trying to pull some more color out. Hard to really see the purple in the flower but it’s pretty evident on some
Of the leaves in this lighting.

0CC4C0CF-FDE8-4118-9867-AD9C5BEAE8E3.jpeg Ready for ScrOG as soon as I pull the last of the vanilla (beginning of next week) I have white widow and blueberry kush, both from growers choice. I just did a defoliation and lollypopping in prep. Something I didn’t do last run. Keeping it legal means only flowering two at a time, so I really want to fill a 4x4 tent. I think I am going to miss my mark again :-( but still expect higher yields and better flowers. Really excited to see this finish inside, as I have been watching them
Finish outside. The cooler temps have really brought out some nice colors outside on the kush and I suspect I can tweak my controls enough to really get some beautiful flowers

Running 4* qb 288 v2's.

Powered by a hlg480-2100

In each stage how far should the lights be?
And should I be dimming them down at all or run full out at 2100ma?

Running two baords on each heatsink in a 4*3 room

So ive decided to build a second flower room.

My current is 42 wide 32 deep with four QB 304s.

Im going to take those 304s and use them in a bigger space, but i cant decide how big of a space.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but 5x5 seems to be the max/optimal footprint for this number of QBs but wondering what yall think?

I could possibly do a larger room, maybe 8x8 and give myself a lil room to squeeze around? I could even do something 10x10 but that seems like a lot for just 4 Quantum board 304s

Or i could do a rectangular grow like a 3' x 7' or a 2' x 8'

Thoughts?

The area is corner of a concrete basement. So its a matter of how i frame it. Back wall and right wall will be concrete.
