Doin a bagseed closet grow, got 400 watt hps with a reflector and mylar surrounded walls , how big should my pots be so i wont have to transfer once and what can i use to put on the floor? its wood floor right now but i want it to have a professional look, the ballast also remains on the floor ill have pics soon, just trying to get the rest set up.

Just put some mylar on the floor for even more.....reflectiveness<awesome word.

I would suggest using 10"-12" pots if you don't want to ever transplant the suckers. but remember, using bigger pot's like these means watering a fair amount of water weekly. It is never good to put a seedling in a big pot though. Just do what I do and buy 6" peat pots, and when the plants get big enough the roots grow right through the pots, and you just have to throw the whole thing into a bigger pot without ever touching the root system. The plants should be about 6" tall at this point, and entering the vegetative state.

As for the floor, I think dylster88 is right, a tarp would be good, or if you want 100% reflectivity, use Mylar like *Kush* suggested.
