Closed loop leaks - tried everything and can't fix it

I built a closed loop system from BVV and it worked great for the first 200 runs or so. Now out of nowhere it leaks. I tried spraying down everywhere with warm soapy water, no bubbles/leaks found that way. I pulled a negative vacuum - the chamber doesn't leak at all, it will hold it's vacuum for days without moving. The blue/red gauge Leak just a little when a negative vacuum is pulled, but it takes them 45+ minutes to start leaking just a slight little bit. Can the recovery pumps go bad and leak eventually? It's leaking a lot somewhere (I loose around 50% Everytime I do a run) where as I use to loose little to none I replaced 4 of the hoses hoping that'd fix it but nope. Short of practically rebuilding the whole system (minue the chamber) I'm at a loss what to do
Any help is greatly appreciated

That's where the ball valves are and the red/blue gauge (the manifold? Not sure what the proper term for that is)?
The ball valve has a handle held on by a nut. Take off the handle and there is a nut under it. That is the stem packing nut, which you tighten and then replace the handle/retaining nut. That is where I've found the most system leaks.

As noted, your gauge may or may not be accurate, but if the problem is leak down, not erroneous reading, it most likely is not a leaky gauge.
