Just wana know from personal experience when would be a good time to start clippin out those clones

For me, it's every 5 weeks. I have a 2 stage flowering room, so every 5 weeks I move a new crop into flowering, and a new crop into veg, and take a new set of cuttings.

can you clone from a flowering plant? 4 wks into flowering is it possible to still clone?

If the plant is really healthy and your really really good at cloning, then maybe. I've seen it done but never tried it myself.

you can clone from a flowering female but it will take longer to root then has to re veg for up to 6 weeks some strains it doesnt work with like a autoflower but success rate is 50/50 if your conditions are good. (personal experience and jorge cervantez book)
