cloning ?

i mixed up 3 of my plants 2 are purple jems which are autos and one is a fem white widow im going into my fourth week and these jems havent shown all the males have shown

im wondering if i take two clones from all 3 plants what would happen to the autos would the flower ?

and can i clone under 18/6 lighting
