Cloning Problems

For some reason i have not been able to get my clones to root, i have had great success in the past and wondering now why it wont work, i am using olivias cloning gel and using very strong growth for clones, i am cutting the branch with a razor blade cutting off the lowest set of branches letting it sit in the gel for a minute and stickin them into jiffy pods in a tray with a humidity dome after a few days they just start withering, is it my strain (which is blueberry) or what is my problem this go around any input will be greatly appreciated

First rule of cloning: Let it do its rooting!. and I am sure you can guess what I am going to say about the 2nd rule
If you have low success rate why not make a small bubble cloner, they have very good success rate.
