Cloning in Gro-Plugs.

Okay so I decided to go with ph'd grow plugs with my first attempt at cloning. I'm taking all the precautions, 45 degree cut, clonex, reduced the leaves, heat pad, humidity dome, misting and burping, right? The thing is that my cuttings are not fitting snuggly inside the pre-made holes in the plugs.

I've seen the cloning 101 video on youtube and the guy makes it very clear how important full surface to steam contact is in order to achieve rooting. I suppose in retrospect I could have poked different holes in the plugs which I may do next time. Or am I over worrying? I don't think its best to "repot" these clippings, and I'm not ready to take new ones atm. I had rubberbands around the plugs but I removed because I don't want to pinch em.

After three days they have gotten no worse or no less limpy/green. Will they take root alright like this?

They should be ok...Check out old in the ways technique for cloning...Flip ur spongue over and put ur own hole in it. mist only the plug a couple times/day. in dome on heat pads. I recently did 4 like he does and in 6 days from cuttings I gott 100 % clone ratio. The secret is i think Copying exact proven techniques passed down by the pros.

No problem man... His technique is sick in the head. I could seriously see getting the right timing down and following his simple directions...well U can see from his results lol
