Cloning Area and Cloning Cycle

Hi friends,

New grower here! I'm almost two weeks into flower for my current grow and before I flipped I took some trimmings for clones. My clones have rooted and are now ready for transplant. Here's where I'm getting stuck- I don't have a lot of grow space and I still have 5-7 weeks left of flower before I can transition my main grow area back into veg. I was thinking I could build a small grow box maybe 3' high and get a small light for the area to let them chill and veg out. Would it be okay to let them get root bound in a smaller pot to control size until I can transition into my regular tent? What other strategies do you guys use? Thanks for the advice!

Yup. you will have to feed heavier more often in the smaller pots. Put some weaker floros close to control the stretch without toomuch growth. 24/h light should reduce rooting.
The smaller pots will indeed slow the plants down but they can be a lot more finicky.
Air-pruining / fabric pots would be ideal

Right on! Thanks for the reply. You think they can chill like that for 5-6 weeks?
