what are you talking about take a woody bottom branch. you take a green one thats not mature, because the roots grow out of the green, not the woody part.
it doesnt take a whole shit ton longer either. i had to do it last time and it only took like 4 more days to root
Older branches root better because they already have accumulated hormones, starches, etc.
i dunno, you may be right considering ive never used woody branches for clones, but ive never heard of anyone recommending that.
yeah scrapping definetly helps, as for woody or green, i have no clue, but i wouldnt clone too far into flowering cause it may cause the plant stress and make it hermie![]()
