Okay, a few things here. I would suggest getting them into small pots that aren't clear. Light naturally prunes roots and if you have well-aerated soil the light will permeate enough to cause issues. It is hard to tell for sure in the photo, but it doesn't look too saturated. With that said your best friend could be a moisture meter.
However, if you feel they aren't taking up water this would be my overall plan for you.
Transplant them into actual pots that are around the same size or a little bigger. When transplanting lightly dust off as much of the soil as you can, but be incredibly gentle, or just let excess fall off on its own in the process. Before placing in the new pot dust the roots and inside of your planting area with mycorrhizae.
Throw them on a heat mat and make sure they aren't too far from the light. Also, check the temperature and humidity as it could be too cool and moist in your grow space.
