Picture is worth a thousand words. How many leaves per stem? Are you clipping the tips of the leaves? Temp? Humidity? Cultivar? Some are more difficult than others. Ph sounds low, but could still work, as long as you have everything else dialed in. I've used clonex and it works. Not saying 100% success rate. I don't have every environmental factor dialed in either. If I get an 85% success rate, I'm pretty happy. In the winter I don't heat up my tent. I do pop a candle in there if its super cold. <60° F or 15° C. I think the humidity difference is helpful. Warm air holds more moisture. CO2 should help, but seems to slow root growth. Just my experience. Your mileage may vary.

About the water, for clones, I change it once a week, I adjust once a day. Mist once a day after the first three days of not misting, just domed. I really haven't needed go more than two weeks, except for the one time I was cloning some CBD strains. Those took over three weeks to pop roots enough to transplant. For those I used RO water with rooting powder Ph'd to 6.3.

You should wait two weeks before getting concerned
Usually when my cloner is slow it’s water temps
Also less light is best
I wouldn’t keep changing things till after a couple weeks
Btw I’m a big advocate for straight ph’d water
No additives till the roots show
Good luck
