Clones... too much light or PH problem? PICS

These clones are about 10 days old, under a 400w MH 24 hours. Room temp is 77 for 12 hours, then gets as high as 85 for a couple of hours and back to 77. Humidity is 35-45%.

I fed them very lightly about a week ago, then gave them water a couple of days later. Solution was around 600ppm and tap water comes out around 185ppm. PH was 6.2-6.5.

A couple of the clones are showing the same signs on their top leaves. MH was a couple of feet above the clones (at least 3), and I raised it even more after suspecting the light intensity was the cause. Only other thing that comes to mind would be a PH problem since the person who gave me these gave them water right out of the tap without measuring the PH first and I think the tap water out of his house is higher than 7.5. But he said something about Oasis cubes being PH buffers and that it doesn't matter if the PH is a little off, that the Oasis takes care of that.

Can someone confirm it was the light that caused the leaves to look this way, and that it's no biggie? I'll be handing out +reps in return.
