Hey all, another post since everyone has been so helpful with my other plant problem, I'm full of them... 
I messed up the first two weeks by having the light too far away. It is now about 13 inches to the tallest plant and maintaining that distance as they grow.
These are in a stinkbudd veg system.
The shorter ones are clones I took just for fun in the beginning from friend's outdoor plant that I think had been in flower for a week or two. They have got, what I think to be, really nice roots. But they are now almost 4 weeks old and have grown only 30% in height. They have grown some leaves out, they're just not reaching up.
Is this because the mother was in flower?
The taller ones are Nirvana ww seeds I planted in rapid rooter plugs 3 weeks ago.
In the one pic you can see little yellow dots, should I worry? Also you can see the tip of a leap is yellow/drooping.
ALSO (I know...train wreck) you'll notice some cut up neoprene sleeves acting as support, because 3 of the 5 ww seedlings lean pretty far over, is that because the light was so far away, causing them to stretch too far so they can't support themselves?
Or maybe I'm watering too much and they're sucking up water weight they can't support? I think this only because when they were a week old and I had clear cups over them to act as a humidity dome, they got too wet and fell right over, soon as they dried up they would stand right back up.
They're under a 400w MH. It was 4 feet away for first 2 weeks of seedlings and 3 weeks of clones. A week ago I moved the light to where it is now.
Temps range 72-89 in this veg area. Good air flow. I'm still dialing in my water because I get like 10 different answers of what works best and they're all completely different. I'm doing 15 minutes on and 90 minutes off for now. I felt the roots very lightly (with sterile hands) at 70 minutes and they were still moist.
Currently water is at a PH of 5.8 and PPM of 1100. They're getting cal-mag, liquid karma, and pro grow.
