Alright so this is going to be my first attempt at cloneing.

My question is; Can I put the clone in a saturated peat disk and keep it in my plastic dome in my grow box. Will the roots take and if so how long should I wait to expect them to take roots?

Any tips would be extreamly helpful.

Oh and also, if I do have the clones in peat disks, should I keep the disk moist at all times?

Not sure what t peat disk is. I cute a shoot about 4 in long from the lower end of the mother plant. keep in it water until your ready to plant it. Dip the tip in the hormone solution and put it in the medium. Keep moist at all times. I even spray the leaves to help it absorb water a few times a day. Within 7-10 days roots appear and I put her in soil. 90% success rate.

i keep mine under fluorescents 24 hrs a day until I'm ready to harvest the other plants. Then I put the clones under metal halides for 18 hrs a day.
