So I have a clone that is anywhere from F10-13 does anyone know how many times is the max you can clone a plant before its no good?

A clone is a clone. One from the mother is the same as one from the clone of that mother. As long as you take healthy cuts. It does not change if it was an f1 or f2 cross that has to do with breeding not cloning. A lot of the clone only strains have been around since the 90's being cloned over and over again.
The guys at wonderland nursery have some good ideas on this. They rejuvenate their clone only strains by putting them in organic soil under natural sun for a few months. Then clone off that with fresh happy cuts.
