Clone rooting question...

after u make the cut couldnt u just leave the end of it in some distilled water wouldnt it form a root system?, as long as its in a warm dark place right?.Or do you NEED cloning root solution and nutes?

u can, i left a cutting in a waterbottle for a few months on accident once and it almost filled the bottle with roots but the plant doeasn't grow, the rooting solutions and medium can speed the process and garuntee each and every clone, so id suggest using them

u'll get somethin, it'll work just fine if you transplant early, u can get rooting stuff at home depot lowes or gardening stores
