ya normally this doesn't happen, but u may have missed those li'l sites while taking the cuts.
You should prolly take out these li'l leaves as they wont grow that big + will suck the energy from the main shoot (just my 2 cents)

No worries man. It is just the little nodes starting to grow and they look healthy! Your on the right track. I use the rapid rooter knock off plugs soaked in KLN with about 1/4 inch left in the tray. Then I take fairly large cuts and soak them in dip-n-grow for 5 secs. Open the dome once a day for an hour and in 10 days I get 95%. I also use 4 t5's for their light.

Rapid rooters are the best, good choice.
If you were like me my first time, I found out using the dome is pointless. it's gets to hot, and the humidity doesn't even get above 60%. Here's a photo of what i do now.

I just keep them open under the light. I do not spray my clones at all. When you spray the clone, you are feeding its leaves directly. You'll sprout roots faster if you don't spray your clones, because your forcing the clone to put its energy into producing roots, because that's the only way it's gonna be able to take up any water. As you can see in the photo, i'm picking up the clone by the stock, and have got a few roots sticking out 1/2 an inch or so. Only 6 days from time of cutting. The leaf tips only started turning yellow the day or so before.

Oh and remember, just a little bit of water will work. if you put to much, it will add days till when you'll see roots.
