I have clone from a ????? plant and roots are come'n from stem

Thats not a problem. You just got hormone to high up the stem.

As long as you got some roots on the bottom I wouldn't stress, I might even just trim the roots over and over until the plant realized it should not be growing those there.

They'll get "light pruned" no need to freak.

if it starts rooting at the top, then you get scared. heheh.
