Should i give my clones any nutrients or just good ph water?

no there fine untill they fully root.

I had thrive alive b1 red in there water and the leaf ends turned brown so i changed to just water.

I wouldn't add any B1s, they actually stunt growth. Adding root hormone will help though.

LOL, That's called a learning experience.

My Clonex solution has very lite nutes in it, like .0x-.0x-.0x and so little is added to the water the result is next to nothing and that's all they need.

Now, I'm working with Dyna-Gro K-L-N and peat pucks. All that calls for is 1tsp/gallon and I add ~1/4 tsp of liquid kelp. Been working well.
