CLone and mother lighting?

If I have 10 mother plants(about 1' tall) and 30 clones(1 week old)
would 3 24'' dual flourescents with 6500k bulbs(6 20 watt bulbs)
and 2 42 watt(6500k) CFLs for supplement lighting around mothers,
be enough light to keep them growing without stretching.

All plants will be supercropped and LST. they will be put outside
on April 20th...hopefully?! I'm starting them next month.

i dont know much about cfl lighting, but I think 2 4ft. shop lights with t-12 bulbs would be the cheapest, easiest way to do it..
