Apparently you cannot clone an auto using any conventional methods because the clone takes the same age as the parent plant and will continue its life cycle and flower and die at the same time as the parent. So there is no point because it won't produce a larger yield. In fact, I could see it decreasing yield because it will have to spend some time recovering so that piece won't get as big or produce the same amount of bud as it would have on the parent plant. As for cloning clones, you can do that just fine. A clone is 100% the same as the parent unless a mutation occurs, and it is no more likely for that to happen to a clone than for it to spontaeneously happen to a plant from seed or for the mother plant to randomly mutate. Plus, of all the possible mutations, even if it does happen to happen, you would most likely not be able to tell without dna analysis. In other words, you're fine doing that with regs but autos there is no point.

iranian autoflower is the only one i know of its not a true auto just flowers when you take it off of 24/0 thats why there monsters and its pure indica so killer smoke

Is it worthwhile? No.


I Just finished 2 AUTO's..I tried cloning one, and it worked...

it grew roots, but didn't grow any height or new growth at all. it just turned out to be a single bud.

...Finished the same time as the mother.

ok to answer the op's question i will say you can clone the clone of a auto if the auto in question is the iranian auto o_O Taaaa daaa
