Which doesnt change the fact that if you buy it and pay it off you are still on the hook to paying the government 100+ bucks a month for the priviledge of living on their land.

If it wasnt the governments land they wouldnt have the right to kick you off and sell it to another person to pay the tithe...

and all i get in exchange is 24/7 police protection, an educated populace, great infrastructure, and one of the most desirable places to live in the entire western united states, save the coastlines.

i don't think i could get all that on my own for the same price. i like the benefits for the costs involved.

I realize the alcohol has all but destroyed your temporary memory, it did the same thing to my mother. However, if you look back about 6 posts you were talking about how much more someone would have to pay a warlord in another country. And if you consider straight currency conversion I believe you would be terribly wrong as usual.

You talk about it like you grew up there. How much time have you spent in AJ??

Nestled in the foothills of the superstition mountains, AJ has some of the best views and closest property to the west side, running right up to state and federal park lands. It is some of the most beautiful area near Phoenix. Many of the homes in that area are in the 1/2 to 1 million dollar range on nice acreage.

I live slightly to the east in Gold Canyon. My community is known for it's semi-private and public golf courses along with the hundreds of miles of hiking trails off of the Peralta Trailhead. There are no trailer parks in Gold Canyon so you would not feel at home.

i used to live in the east valley. spent 5 years on gilbert and ray, 2 years on university and smith, another 2 at ray and mcqueen, and another 3 or 4 on ray and the 101. had friends that lived in far out queen creek and we would take ironwood up to the 60 to get to work.

played plenty of golf at apache creek and gold canyon. often took drives up idaho road (the 88 ) to go get high out in the middle of nowhere.

i'm plenty familiar with that racist, meth ridden hamlet they call apache junction. it's the perfect places for racist snitchy turds that won't flush like you.

it is a shithole. this is common knowledge even for those who have never been there.
