Cleaner is Brighter

I have two 125watt grow lights, they work very well I are happie....But..I know spraying with neem oil, earth juice, etc. has to dull the lights some..

HoW CAN THEY BE CLEANED WITHOUT HARM????? or crapping in the nest in any way... AND MYLAR... It too becomes cloudy.I have tried Windex etc. to no avail!..Give me a fu__ing break.. their gotta be a way..Somebody out their Got any ideas?
