Do you let it dry out well - between watering?
Or is it getting too dry?
How often and how much do you water and how big is that pot?
Looks like it's a sativa or high sativa expressing cross......
Might back off the nutrients about 25% and increase if need be.....still, it looks pretty good.....
what do you feed, how much and how often for that too...

yeah look a bit over watered...
may even be nitrogen toxicity....

I water every 3 or 4 days and give about half gallon or more depending on run off. The pot is 5 gallon smart pot. I give it fpx farm tiger bloom and i just started giving it nutes a couple days ago and its in its 3rd week of flower. Should i just not give it nutes at all then? And should i water it less?

The plant does not look bushy enough to empty a 5gal in 3-4 days. You should consider going down to a 3 gal or veging longer using a topping technique to control height whilst the roots fill up the 5gal space. In either case (assuming soil by your comments) you should let them dry until the first sign of wilt. Could be 5 days, might be 6+ at first. Some people disagree with doing this in flower but if you do it at the first sign it ensures you don't feed too often and build up excess nutes. Run off can only get rid of so much.
If it is a light nute type of soil this is likely where the N tox came from. Watering too often in too big a pot (left over soil nutes) spiked the N when you started with bloom nutes, would be my guess. Being why I suggest dropping to a 3 gal or vegging longer to ensure soil nutes are mostly or fully used before flower. Rather than guessing how much bloom nutes to use.

I wanted to say N was to high but, It just sin't. Notice there is no claw on the ends. The color seems like it's a bit dark but, it's not to dark nor is the leaves shiny or waxy looking.
The newest growth doesn't seem to carry the "curl", and the "curl" as it is, is not a sign of N tox. It also points to not over watering - yet those leaves sure have that look. Be sure it dries out enough before watering is the simple answer - Flowki gave that already.
Heat is a choice also......What are the room temps or ambient temps where the plant is? Day and night please. How about the RH or Relative Humidity of the area?
That's not N tox, yet.

Yeah actually you may well be right. The lower leaves look ok with very slight curl on some while the new growth is slightly more green. Perhaps the light/s are too close to the top leaves?. They do still look like getting too much N or possibly wet feet. Maybe a slight mix of all.
I have seen strains that are of a very dark green when healthy though. Is this strain known for that?.
